Its entry hallway has slate flooring and has been custom painted and designed to set the mood for the perfect “up north” experience. As you walk down the hall you will pass a half bath with slate flooring and a first floor laundry room which features three electric gas hot water heaters so you will never run out of hot water!

The hallway leads to the kitchen and dining room. The gourmet kitchen features custom hickory cabinetry, birch hardwood flooring, a ceramic topped stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, separate wine chiller and all the dishes and kitchenware to host a great reunion or intimate dinner. The under cabinet lighting, and the custom tiled back splash reminds you that every detail has been attended to.

The dining room has a nine foot dining room table and seats ten to twelve people with three extra seats at the granite counter topped island in the middle of the kitchen.

The centerpiece of the great room is a real cut stone gas fireplace – perfect for snuggling up to on winter evenings. The large flat screen television and DVD player add to the entertainment possibilities and you’ll appreciate the large overstuffed furniture and custom log furniture. The screen porch is right off the dining room so you can open up the sliding patio door and enjoy the fresh pine scented air.

The screen porch leads to the stamped concrete patio which features comfortable patio furniture and a Weber charcoal grill – perfect for grilling burgers while listening to the loons.

The Lakefront Cottages have a queen master bedroom on the first floor and its private bath has a tiled shower and custom log bed. There is also custom log furniture in the two bedrooms on the second floor. One of these bedrooms has a queen size log bed and full private bathroom while the other bedroom has a queen size bed with an Air Spa tub to compliment the tiled shower – creating the ultimate Suite Room. This Suite Room also has its own fireplace, overstuffed furniture and as an added bonus it has its own private screen porch overlooking the lake!

The third floor has another bedroom with two twin sized trundle beds. With windows on three sides, you can imagine the terrific lakeviews you will share with the tops of the towering pine trees which surround the cottage. This bedroom has its own private bathroom on the second floor so the other master suites are not disturbed. These four private master bedrooms assure that you will have lots of room to escape and the spacious floorplan means you will have lots of room to gather together too!

Knotty tongue and groove pine is used throughout the cottage. It also has cedar lap siding, asphalt shingles, Marvin windows, and is fully insulated for easy heating and cooling. The cooling and heating system is zoned so each floor can control their own temperature.
