It’s protected area is perfect for swimming and playing with kayaks, a paddle boat, canoe, swimming raft and the water trampoline. The lakeshore has a sand bottom with no drop-offs. The water warms early in Clamshell Lake – kids are typically swimming here before anywhere else on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes.
The beach also has sand and water toys for everyone to enjoy – yet another benefit of buying a cottage here at Clamshell Beach! The fire pit is the perfect place to roast marshmallows and watch the stars.
Everyone loves variety and the two outdoor heated pools offer relaxation with a splash of fun! A kids pool with splash features compliments the big pool so you can enjoy the area with your kids – isn’t that what relaxation is about?
